What we collect on this site
When you request Founding Dealer access, we collect the name, work email, dealership or group, role, rooftop count, and DMS you submit. That information is stored in our CRM so we can contact you about the DealerMind founding cohort.
How we use it
We use it to reach out, schedule a discovery conversation, and understand where your F&I data lives. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Your dealership data is separate
The waitlist is not the product. When a dealership joins the Founding Dealer program, dealership and customer data is governed by a separate written agreement. DealerMind is read-only first, your data stays on your property, and nothing leaves your environment without explicit, written authorization. You can cut any vendor feed at any time. Because dealers handle financing information, we design around GLBA / FTC Safeguards expectations from day one.
